Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality property and construction projects across a diverse client portfolio. Working as part of Bellrock’s Consulting division, you will manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest professional standards.

You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants and contractors, bringing together strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design through procurement, construction and handover.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Preparing and managing project programmes, budgets and risk registers.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractor activities.
  • Monitoring project progress, quality and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, issues and change control.
  • Producing clear, accurate project reports and client updates.
  • Supporting business development activity through excellent client service and repeat work.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering property or construction projects in a consultancy or client-side environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes, procurement routes and contracts.
  • Experience working across commercial, residential, leisure or mixed-use developments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ideally professionally qualified or working towards APM, RICS or equivalent.

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work between 6 Thorpe Way, Leicester LE19 1SU and your home address on a hybrid basis, Monday to Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm.
