Construction Project Manager

Wimbledon, SW19 (site & office based) | South West London & Surrey | Competitive salary + company car + bonus

About the Role

Our client is an owner-led design and build company delivering loft conversions, extensions and full house refurbishments for homeowners across South West London and Surrey. They run a genuinely end-to-end model — in-house architects, project managers on site, and their own project app to keep clients updated — and are scaling significantly over the next few years. They're hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to help lead that growth.

The Role

  • Run your own sites: take full ownership of residential projects — loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments and new builds — from handover through to completion, on time and on budget
  • Coordinate delivery: plan and sequence trades, subcontractors and suppliers so your sites run smoothly without constant hand-holding
  • Own client communication: be the main point of contact for clients throughout the build, supported by an in-house project app
  • Manage risk: track programme, cost and quality, and work closely with the in-house architecture team to keep designs buildable
  • Grow with the business: take on a growing caseload as the business expands, with the chance to mentor newer PMs over time

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
