We are working with a rapidly growing technology and recycling business that is expanding its operations across the UK.

As part of this growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a large-scale, multi-site equipment rollout programme.

This is a hands-on delivery role, coordinating multiple sites, customers, installation teams, contractors and third-party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.

You will be responsible for taking projects from initial planning and site readiness through installation, commissioning and final handover, acting as the key link between the customer, internal teams and delivery partners.

The role would suit a Project Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment where there are multiple moving parts and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of assigned multi-site rollout and deployment projects, ensuring milestones, timelines and operational objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering site readiness, logistics, installation, commissioning and handover.
  • Coordinate installation schedules across multiple customer locations.
  • Manage internal teams, contractors and third-party suppliers to ensure effective project execution.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the delivery process.
  • Coordinate site activities and ensure all parties are aligned on programme requirements and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies and potential delays, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, delivery records and progress reporting.
  • Track project costs, manage variations and support forecasting and budget control.
  • Coordinate the successful handover of completed installations into operational and service teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with relevant health, safety, quality and operational requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, issues and key milestones.
  • Support continuous improvement across the rollout and deployment process as the UK operation develops.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
