The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a key workstream within a large-scale digital and operational transformation programme for a leading consumer-facing organisation.
This is a highly visible role that requires someone who can successfully bridge the gap between business and technology teams, driving delivery across multiple stakeholders, platforms, and third-party partners.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, hands-on Project Manager with a track record of leading complex transformation initiatives from inception through to deployment and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of a major transformation workstream.
- Manage delivery across requirements gathering, solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Create and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, and governance reporting.
- Coordinate business, operational, product, technology, and external vendor teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, gaps, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead testing, UAT, deployment planning, and business readiness activities.
- Provide regular updates, recommendations, and risk assessments to programme leadership.
- Collaborate closely with other project and programme managers to ensure alignment across the wider transformation roadmap.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
