A major automation provider has just launched a 4‑year transformation programme on a long‑established UK facility. The site is undergoing a full modernisation, replacing legacy systems and upgrading an old automated operation.
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in automation, warehousing, cranes or similar.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Full ownership— installation, testing, coordination and delivery
- Leading internal and external stakeholders through each phase
- Supporting the removal of legacy equipment and integration of new automated units
- Working closely with the Programme Lead to keep delivery tight, structured and on track
- Onsite presence in Wigan, typically 3–5 days per week (more during early phases)
