Young is a music and arts organisation, built around a London-based record label, that helps exceptional artists locate and develop their genius.

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and culturally curious Project Manager to join the Young Recordings team and play a key role in bringing our artists’ campaigns to life.

Based at Young Space, our offices in East London, you will work closely with the General Manager, A&R, artists and their management from the earliest stages of a project, helping to shape campaign strategies and release plans that stay true to each artist's creative vision. You will own the day-to-day delivery of assigned campaigns: translating strategy into action, coordinating teams across the label and the wider Beggars Group, and making sure every campaign is delivered thoughtfully, efficiently and to a high standard, in the UK and internationally.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives being at the centre of things. They will be the trusted point person for artists, managers and internal teams alike, keeping timelines, assets and budgets on track while bringing together input from across creative, press, digital, marketing, radio, streaming, retail and international teams. They will be able to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail, use sound judgement to solve problems as they arise, and bring genuine love and knowledge of music & culture to everything they do.

This is a full-time role, based 4 days per week in the office, with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • From the conception of projects, work closely with artists, managers, A&R and General Manager to craft campaign strategies and release plans in line with the artists’ creative vision
  • Responsible for taking day-to-day ownership of assigned campaigns, ensuring that necessary information and assets are clearly communicated to all relevant teams; directing those teams to translate devised strategies into clear action to effectively deliver the campaign
  • Working with and bringing together input from A&R, Creative, Press, Digital, Marketing, Radio, Streaming, Retail & International teams to help determine priorities and campaign direction
  • Develop and manage detailed campaign timelines, identifying key milestones and opportunities across the release cycle (incl. promo / press trips)
  • Being the accessible “point person” for assigned projects day-to-day concerns; utilising excellent judgement in independently troubleshooting through issues or escalating as appropriate
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with artists, managers, booking agents and other key external partners & being a reliable and accessible day-to-day point person for assigned artists and their core teams
  • Lead the coordination of campaign assets (artwork, press photos, videos & other creative assets) in collaboration with artists/managers, A&R and creative teams to ensure cohesive visual campaign strategies are achieved across marketing and promotion. Ensure all delivery deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with Beggars Group’s global teams to coordinate international campaign activity and maximise bespoke opportunities across key markets tailored to each campaign; ensuring teams are clearly briefed and equipped to support local campaigns effectively
  • Manage campaign budgets set in collaboration with the General Manager; track campaign spend and flag any changes in scope as they arise
  • Provide campaign specific updates, reporting, feedback, and ideas to key label and group stakeholders related to assigned campaigns

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
