This is not a coordination-only role. This is a full lifecycle project leadership position inside a specialist fit-out business delivering high-end joinery projects across the UK (Predominately London).

We’re looking for a Project Manager who understands:

  • End-to-end project delivery
  • Design coordination
  • Manufacturing processes
  • On-site installation Not just someone who manages schedules.

🚀 Why This Role Is Different

The Specialist Group delivers complex joinery fit-out projects that move from concept design through manufacturing and onto precise onsite installation. This role sits at the centre of that entire process. You won’t just track project timelines. You’ll influence:

  • End-to-end project delivery
  • Manufacturing coordination and quality control
  • Design development and specification alignment
  • Onsite installation and programme management
  • Client communication and stakeholder relationships Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
