This is not a coordination-only role. This is a full lifecycle project leadership position inside a specialist fit-out business delivering high-end joinery projects across the UK (Predominately London).
We’re looking for a Project Manager who understands:
- End-to-end project delivery
- Design coordination
- Manufacturing processes
- On-site installation Not just someone who manages schedules.

🛠 What We’re Looking For
This role will suit someone who has:
- Experience in joinery fit-out or construction project delivery
- A strong understanding of design, manufacturing, and installation processes
- Confidence managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment

📊 What You’ll Be Accountable For
This role carries responsibility across the full project lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for:
- Project delivery from design through to installation
- Coordinating design teams to meet project specifications
- Managing manufacturing schedules and quality control
- Leading onsite installation teams
- Maintaining strong client communication
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Identifying and mitigating delivery risks
- Providing clear reporting and stakeholder updates This is a delivery leadership role - not just a coordination function.
