Role - Project Manager
Location - London, UK (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in software development, infrastructure, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale technology environments and coordinating patching/CVE remediation activities across infrastructure or middleware platforms.
The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, producing summarized management information (MI), dashboards, status reports, and executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end projects related to software development, infrastructure patching, vulnerability remediation, and technology upgrades.
- Coordinate identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation, rollout, and reporting of CVEs and security vulnerabilities.
- Drive patching activities across large and complex technology environments, ensuring agreed timelines and compliance targets are achieved.
- Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, application, operations, and vendor teams to plan and execute remediation activities.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and delivery status.
- Manage patch rollout plans across development, test, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor remediation progress and identify delays, risks, and exceptions requiring management escalation.
- Analyse large datasets and produce concise management information, dashboards, metrics, and executive reports.
- Provide regular reporting on patch compliance, vulnerability status, remediation progress, outstanding risks, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with product vendors, system integrators, data-centre providers, and technology teams where required.
- Ensure project governance, documentation, communication, and reporting standards are maintained.
- Support continuous improvement of patching, vulnerability management, reporting, and operational processes.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager in a software, infrastructure, or technology environment.
- Experience working with software development and/or software/infrastructure patching projects.
- Strong understanding of CVE identification, vulnerability assessment, remediation, patching, rollout, and reporting.
- Experience managing projects involving large-scale technology estates.
- Demonstrated experience producing summarized management information (MI) from large and complex datasets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present information to senior management.
- Experience managing multiple technical teams, vendors, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise technology environments.
