CCaaS Project Manager – Remote Working Available
Are you a Project Manager with genuine CCaaS experience? We're currently working on an exciting opportunity with a growing Managed Service Provider delivering complex Contact Centre & CCaaS technology projects across the government and housing sectors.
Project Manager | CCaaS / Contact Centre | 12-Month FTC
£60,000 – flexibility for an exceptional candidate
Remote working
The successful candidate must have hands-on experience delivering CCaaS / Contact Centre technology projects, taking ownership from implementation and migration through to go-live, service transition and closure. You’ll be working closely with customers, NICE, technology partners, and internal teams to deliver complex CCaaS/CX transformation projects.

What are they looking for?
- Proven Project Management experience within CCaaS / Contact Centre technology
- Genuine CCaaS/CX implementation experience is essential
- Experience delivering implementations, migrations, upgrades, or transformation projects
- Strong customer and third-party stakeholder management
- Experience managing project finances, risks, governance, and change
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible for BPSS clearance as a minimum

Strong differentiators
- NICE experience
- NPPV3 and/or SC eligibility
- Government or housing sector experience
- Certinia / Salesforce experience
- PSA or project management tooling experience
- Experience supporting bids, pre-sales, or solution scoping
