Project Manager – Business Systems | ERP | Construction

£50,000 - £60,000 + up to 12% bonus
Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite

We are recruiting on behalf of a FTSE 100 housebuilder who are looking for a Project Manager to join their business systems team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work across a portfolio of business and technology projects, working across business systems, change initiatives, and enterprise applications. You'll take ownership of project delivery from inception through to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Role

  • Delivering multiple concurrent business systems and technology projects.
  • Managing project plans, governance, reporting, risks, and budgets.
  • Coordinating project activities across internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
  • Managing project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, driving mitigation activities where required.
  • Driving projects through implementation and business adoption.
  • Maintaining high-quality project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering business or technology projects within a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Experience delivering ERP, Business systems, or Enterprise application projects.
  • Strong Project Management experience across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance documentation.
  • Experience producing executive-level reporting, project dashboards, and governance packs.
  • Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.

Desirables

  • Experience with COINS ERP or other enterprise business systems (Dynamics, IFS, JD Edwards, S4HANA, Infor, Oracle fusion cloud).
  • Experience working within the construction, housebuilding, or wider built environment sector.
  • Any degree or Qualification would be a huge benefit but not essential (PRINCE2, PMP, APM, PMQ).

Salary and Benefits

  • £50,000 - £60,000
