Company Description
Since 2015 Manton Property has become synonymous with the project management of beautiful country house renovations across the Cotswolds, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire.
Working with domestic and international clients, our team of design-led project managers removes the complexity from multi-faceted projects.
From architectural and planning advice to the final coat of paint, we manage all aspects from start to finish, delivering projects on time and on budget. The company is based in Hungerford, West Berkshire, however the role could be based in any one of the above counties with an expectation that they visit the company offices in Hungerford at least once a week.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a client-facing Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing residential renovation projects, managing onsite teams of trades professionals and will need an excellent eye for detail. They will also be responsible for project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualifications
- Experience with expediting residential renovations
- Experience with project management, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
- Inspection skills and experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the property market is preferred
- A degree in project management, construction management or chartered surveyorship is preferred
