Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a major organisational transformation programme during a significant period of change. Working as part of a high-profile transition programme, you will play a key role in delivering projects that support the transfer of contracts, legal entities and associated business functions into a new operating model.
Working across multiple project workstreams, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering complex transition activities, ensuring milestones are achieved while managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale business transformation, working alongside senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of project workstreams supporting a complex organisational transition programme.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones to ensure programme objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders across business, legal, finance and operational functions.
- Support due diligence activities, ensuring all project deliverables, documentation and governance requirements are completed to a high standard.
- Oversee the transition of contracts, legal entities and associated business processes as part of the wider transformation programme.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
- Facilitate project governance, reporting and steering meetings, providing regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Drive business change activities, ensuring transition plans are effectively implemented and embedded across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
