Role Description
A hybrid role based in London (with travel as required and flexibility for some home-working).
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst with a strong delivery background and an interest in cyber security to support a key Cyber Development Programme. Working closely with Digital teams, cyber subject matter experts, alliance partners and key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating activities, tracking progress and ensuring the successful delivery of critical cyber initiatives aligned to the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF).
Our client is strengthening its cyber security capability as part of a significant programme to improve organisational security maturity, reduce cyber risk, and achieve ISO27001 certification of its Information Security Management System (ISMS) by the end of 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major infrastructure project while supporting the development of a mature and resilient cyber security function.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the Cyber Development plan for Scope 27, ensuring key milestones, dependencies, and the critical path are mapped out and understood.
- Identify and manage issues and risks that could affect the successful delivery of activities
- Assign tasks to team and update Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Board capturing these activities
- Schedule meetings with Digital PM, SMEs, alliances and partners relating to the delivery activities, present status updates, inc from ADO as above
- Draft supply chain related administration for services using provided templates and examples.
- Coordinate with local teams visits and stakeholders for assurance, whiteboard and comms sessions.
- Review and collaborate on copy relating to documents, communications campaigns including awareness and global emails.
What We’re Looking For
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager and/or Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering complex projects, ideally within cyber security, information security, or technology-focused environments. You will possess strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage risks, issues and dependencies while engaging confidently with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior leaders.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experienced project manager/business analyst.
- Strong planning, delivery management, issue resolution, and senior engagement skills
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across business technical and leadership; experience with previous cyber projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Visio and ADO or Kanban Boards highly desirable
