Project Managers and Business Analysts – Wealth Management
We are looking for Project Managers and Business Analysts with strong Wealth Management experience undergoing a significant period of growth and transformation. The business is investing in a number of multi-year strategic programmes to support the continued growth of its Wealth Management offering, enhance the client experience and evolve its operating model.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and whether your background is more Project Management or Business Analysis focused, you could be involved in:
- Supporting the delivery of complex, multi-year transformation programmes across Wealth Management.
- Managing projects and workstreams from initiation through to implementation.
- Working with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, shape solutions and deliver change.
- Understanding and improving end-to-end business processes, operating models and client journeys.
- Facilitating workshops and working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translating business needs into clear requirements, outcomes and deliverables.
- Managing dependencies, risks, issues and governance across programmes.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across Wealth Management, Operations, Technology, Product and other functions.
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
- Contributing to the broader transformation roadmap and helping turn strategic objectives into tangible outcomes.

- Strong Wealth Management experience is essential.
- A track record of delivering or supporting business transformation programmes.
- Experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or similar change/transformation professional.
- The ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships across functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working across complex programmes with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and the ability to operate effectively in a changing environment.
