PMO Analyst | Professional Services | Change & Transformation
We are recruiting for a rapidly scaling, private equity backed professional Services business pursuing an active acquisition strategy.
The Role
The PMO Manager will bring structure and visibility across a portfolio of strategic projects, with a particular focus on acquisitions, integration, and business-wide transformation. You will:
- Establish effective PMO governance and reporting.
- Coordinate acquisition and post-acquisition integration programmes.
- Maintain oversight of milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and outcomes.
- Turn strategic objectives into clear, executable delivery plans.
- Produce decision-focused reporting for senior leaders and investors.
- Create accountability and challenge delays or competing priorities.
- Embed consistent project management disciplines across the business.

Requirements
Applicants will have:
- PMO professional background who can operate strategically while remaining close to delivery.
- Professional/Corporate services sector experience.
- Strong commercial judgement, confidence with senior stakeholders, and the ability to create clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience of acquisitions, integration, or complex transformation.
- A background within a private equity-backed, professional, or regulated services environment would be particularly valuable.
