About Colehouse Group

Colehouse Group is a specialist consultancy partnering with banks, fintechs and merchants to deliver strategic and operational change in financial services. We are building out our Payments Practice to meet rising client demand across the issuing, acquiring and account-to-account ecosystems — and we are looking for a number of Project Managers and Business Analysts to join the team.

We are happy to talk to applicants who are interested in either permanent or contract / associate roles at this stage.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in card payments — from a consultancy, bank, card scheme, processor, PSP, acquirer or fintech, as well as experience in a consulting environment
  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in payments programmes.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience across all three pillars: issuing, acquiring and account-to-account payments.
  • Strong command of agile delivery — user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, story mapping — and classic BA techniques (process modelling, requirements traceability, data flow analysis).
  • Strong understanding of the UK and European payments landscape — schemes, rails, regulation and commercial dynamics

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
