🛠️ We’re Hiring: Project Manager (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate)

📍 Remote (United Kingdom)
🕒 Full-Time
💼 Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and motivated Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, managing priorities, and keeping projects on track in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through to completion
  • Define project objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate tasks across internal teams and ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and support issue resolution
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, team members, and clients
  • Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and document actions and decisions
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and status reports
  • Track project budgets, resources, and deliverables where required
  • Identify dependencies, blockers, and potential delays and escalate issues when necessary
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and other teams
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and customer requirements
  • Prepare regular project updates and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records

✅ Requirements

  • Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years of experience)
  • Previous experience in project coordination, project management, operations, administration, or a related role is a plus
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and principles
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Based in the United Kingdom with the legal right to work in the UK
