We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Officer to join our MaaS team and support the delivery of key business projects and transformation programmes.

This is a varied role where you'll work closely with project managers, senior stakeholders and delivery teams to keep projects on track, coordinate key activities, manage reporting and governance, and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.

It's an excellent opportunity for someone with project coordination or PMO experience who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, bringing structure to complex programmes, and driving progress in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of projects and business change initiatives
  • Coordinating workshops, meetings and programme activities
  • Maintaining project plans, milestones, actions and dependencies
  • Producing project reports, dashboards and updates for senior stakeholders
  • Monitoring project progress, risks and issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Supporting governance processes and maintaining project documentation
  • Building strong relationships across teams to support successful delivery
  • Leading smaller projects or workstreams when required
  • Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
