Role Overview
We are looking for a client facing Operations Project Manager to work with our UK team at One Nexus. This is a unique opportunity to work within an established, highly motivated team supporting our OEM Drive platform and acting as a central interface between One Nexus and OEM Stakeholders.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Working with and supporting existing OEM clients.
- Work closely with internal departments, namely Operations and IT.
- Serve as the primary interface between clients and One Nexus, building trusted relationships whilst ensuring client expectations are effectively managed.
- Fully understand, challenge and evaluate client requests, identifying the underlying business need and motivation before proposing solutions or escalating requirements internally.
- The role will be key to scoping, prioritising and rolling out client-requested developments, ensuring all requests align with agreed programme objectives and operational priorities.
- Assess the impact of proposed process changes, system enhancements and reporting requests against One Nexus operational commitments, development schedules and available resources.
- Consult with Senior One Nexus Management before committing to, communicating, or progressing requests relating to programme management, operational reporting, commercial considerations or strategic programme direction.
- Be instrumental in delivering induction and training sessions.
- Attend regular dealership meetings, operational reviews and client forums to build strong relationships and identify operational challenges.
- Act as a key contact for dealerships, providing support and guidance, escalating to senior management where required to ensure a positive outcome.
- Analyse dealer and client feedback, performance trends and recurring operational issues to implement improvement plans that enhance programme performance and customer experience.
- Support client Area Managers and attend quarterly meetings where required.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and to a high standard.
- Protect the intellectual property of One Nexus at all times, ensuring client interactions do not compromise proprietary systems, methodologies, processes or commercial know-how.
- Maintain the integrity of established operational processes and governance frameworks, ensuring that any change requests are appropriately assessed, approved and implemented without compromising programme stability or service delivery.

- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent levels of communication skills
- Confident in leading and facilitating dealership meetings, operational reviews and project workshops
- Highly accurate verbal and written communication is key
- Initiative-taking and highly organised
- Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and to deadlines
- Comfortable communicating and influencing at all levels of the business
- Ability to use a variety of IT packages and learn new bespoke software
