๐Ÿ“ Hybrid Working | Remote & Mountsorrel

Love bringing order to complexity? Thrive on critical path analysis, forecasting, and keeping major programmes on track?

We're looking for an experienced Project Planner to play a pivotal role in Project Falcon, one of Tarmac's most significant transformation programmes. This is your opportunity to shape the delivery of a high-profile business transformation, working alongside senior leaders, delivery teams, and programme stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

As the planning expert within the programme, you'll:

  • Own and maintain integrated project schedules across multiple workstreams
  • Analyse critical paths, dependencies, and milestones to identify risks before they become issues
  • Challenge assumptions, forecasts, and delivery plans to ensure realistic outcomes
  • Provide meaningful planning insights and reporting to support key programme decisions
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, data, testing, change, and readiness teams
  • Support governance, RAID management, and continuous improvement activities

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
