Role Overview

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.
What Will You Be Doing?
We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, clarity and energy to our projects. You’ll be part of a team that delivers telecoms services to buildings with multiple homes. These are places where people live, work and connect. Your job is to help make sure our work gets done on time, in the right way, and with the right people.

- You’ll be at the heart of the planning process. You’ll take information from different teams and turn it into clear, workable plans.
- You’ll help decide what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and who needs to do it.
- You’ll keep track of progress and make sure everyone knows what’s coming next.
- You’ll work with engineers, field teams, managers and clients. You’ll help them understand the plan and stick to it.
- You’ll update schedules, check timelines and spot delays early.
- You’ll help solve problems before they grow.
- You’ll also share updates with the wider team so everyone stays informed.
You’ll use planning tools and systems to do your job. You’ll need to be confident with data and happy working with numbers. You’ll need to be organised and able to manage lots of moving parts. You’ll also need to be a good communicator who can explain things clearly and listen well.
This role moves fast. Things change quickly and you’ll need to adapt. You’ll need to stay calm when things get busy and help others do the same. You’ll be part of a team that’s building the future of telecoms. Your work will help connect homes, families and communities.
