The Project Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Silsden, responsible for planning and coordinating bollard and street furniture installation projects from initiation through completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing project plans and schedules, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and supporting project control activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role involves analyzing project data, identifying risks or delays, and proposing corrective actions, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Project Planner will work closely with operations, installation teams, suppliers, and clients to clarify requirements, manage timelines, and communicate updates. The position also requires contributing to continuous improvement of planning processes and supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong planning capabilities, including Planning & Scheduling and general Planning skills for coordinating multiple projects and timelines.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret project data, assess risks, and support data-driven decisions.
- Experience in Project Control, including tracking progress, managing changes, and maintaining accurate project records.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, installation crews, suppliers, and clients.
- Previous experience in construction, civil engineering, security installations, or related project environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Competence with project planning tools and basic IT skills (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling software) is advantageous.
- Relevant vocational qualification or degree in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
