Project Planner (Civil Engineering)

£50,000 - £60,000 + Hybrid + 25 Days Holiday + Yearly Bonuses + Private Medical + Production
Glasgow

Are you a Project Planner, with experience in civil engineering and Primavera software, looking to join a growing, yet well-established contractor?

On offer is the opportunity to join an innovative, sustainability-focused, owner-managed civil engineering contractor operating across multiple sectors. The company operates as both a Principal and Subcontractor, with recent expansion into the energy market.

You will take ownership of developing and managing detailed project programmes from tender through to construction, ensuring they align with project scope, contractual requirements, and delivery targets.

You will also support NEC3/NEC4 programme requirements, resource and cost forecasting, procurement and design coordination, providing clear programme updates to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

This role would suit a Project Planner with strong knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4, who is confident using Primavera P6.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
