Project Planner (MEP / Building Services)
Remote (1 day in the Liverpool office every 2 weeks)
£70,000 - £75,000 + Remote + Progression + Management Training + Company Benefits

The successful candidate will be an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Planner ideally from a Building services background, commutable to and from Liverpool.
This role:
- Planning M&E Building Services works across projects /schemes
- Working with Mechanical And Electrical teams to develop programmes and coordinate activities
- Reviewing Drawings, specification and project requirements
- Monitoring progress against programme and updating schedules.
- Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and site teams.
The Person:
- Commutable to Liverpool (Once every 2 weeks)
- Mechanical & Electrical Planning background
