Role Description
This full-time, Project Planners at all levels role will be based within our London South East team. The position involves:

- Developing and maintaining project schedules
- Supporting planning activities across multiple workstreams
- Ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones

Project Planners will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to:
- Provide accurate progress updates
- Identify risks and variances
- Contribute to effective project control and reporting
The role includes:
- Analyzing data to support decision-making
- Preparing planning documentation
- Contributing to continuous improvement in planning processes and tools
Qualifications
- Strong Planning & Scheduling and data manipulation skills for developing and managing project timelines.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify trends, and support informed decisions.
- Project Control skills to monitor progress, manage changes, and support reporting and governance.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present planning information clearly.
- Experience with project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office tools.
- Background in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or nuclear projects is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or planning (e.g., degree in a related discipline, professional certifications) are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a structured, detail-focused manner and adapt to changing project requirements.
