Overview of the role

Today, the realities of our world are transforming the energy sector at an unprecedented rate. The challenges of decarbonisation, energy security, climate change, and digitalisation are continually shaping projects and how they are delivered. To do all of this, we need ambitious, like-minded individuals to join us and make a difference in the global response to climate change and provide the foundations for positive social and economic development.

Our Transmission and Distribution team within the Energy unit is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Project Principals to lead major multidisciplinary FEED and Detailed Design projects. These projects support critical infrastructure upgrades across the UK and Europe, playing a key role in the energy transition.

In this role, you will not only lead the delivery of complex design projects but also contribute to enhancing our project management practices, driving excellence and efficiency across the business.

We’re looking for a capable and driven Project Manager with a strong foundation in project management. You’ll bring a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multidisciplinary design projects, ideally within a technical or engineering environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
