Job Title: Project Procurement Manager

Duration: 12 months

Schedule: Office-based

Sponsorship Provided: No

Location: Chiswick Park

This opportunity sits within a global EPC contractor supporting the energy transition, with a strong focus on consulting services across the full asset lifecycle and next generation project delivery and execution services. The role offers the chance to contribute to complex procurement activity across a wide range of material and equipment packages, supporting major project delivery in a technical and commercially focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project purchasing team, including negotiation activity.
  • Perform procurement duties for nominated purchase packages.
  • Support bidder prequalification activities.
  • Issue procurement plans and request for quotation documentation.
  • Manage tender evaluation activities.
  • Support award recommendation and award processes.
  • Monitor supplier performance across purchase packages.
  • Administer purchase orders through the full lifecycle.
  • Verify invoices and support issue resolution.
  • Resolve claims and back charges.
  • Manage purchase order close-out activities.
  • Handle complex purchasing projects involving engineered and non-engineered items.
  • Act as a lead buyer or technical expert on major project procurement activity.

Required Education & Certifications

  • University degree in a related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Required Experience

  • Relevant experience in procurement, including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience.
  • Experience managing a group of buyers or leading procurement activity on a major project.
  • Experience purchasing a wide diversity of material and equipment on a competitive basis.
  • Experience delivering complex purchasing activity across engineered and non-engineered items.
