CI Projects
CI Projects is a boutique business consultancy committed to helping organisations continuously improve by enabling the true convergence of people, processes and technology. We work closely with clients to define the issue, the destination and how to get there – then provide the tools, capability and confidence needed to sustain improvements long after we have gone.
Role Overview
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Project Procurement Support professional to support the procurement workstream of a major central government Facilities Management transformation programme.
This is a support-level role within the procurement workstream of a complex Facilities Management transformation programme covering a large and geographically dispersed office estate.
The role will focus on providing practical project and procurement support throughout the tender phase. You will work alongside a small in-house commercial team, helping to draft, prepare, maintain and control tender documentation while ensuring information is accurate, consistent and managed appropriately.
This is not a procurement lead role. The successful candidate will provide reliable support to senior colleagues, maintain strong document discipline and help keep procurement and tender activity organised and on track.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
