About The Role

Role Details

We are looking to meet Project Producers & Lead Producers to oversee and run future contracts with our teams. We have some great long-term relationships, but as our portfolio grows we're looking to build our networks and meet new collaborators that can co-deliver our next stage of projects.

We're interested to hear from people with direct experience delivering ambitious projects in experience design, installation, audience interaction, exhibition and/or immersive contexts, and from those who work in project specific fixed term contracts and/or freelance contracts. To manage expectations we are not looking to work with Assistant Producers or early career Producers on a project basis, and we are not looking for Producers with experience of live performance, at this particular time.

You will be able to work regularly within London - we're unable to consider applications from those working remotely for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Projects, Clients & Delivery

  • Oversee complex projects across a wide range of experiential design techniques ensuring that good process is followed and project reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Ensure that you are playing a key role in the team developing their best design work and sustaining meaningful client relationships.
  • Provide effective communication, project management and meeting delivery and quality objectives.
  • Oversee all budgets within your team, focusing on delivering full scope within target margins.
  • Negotiate contracts and balance risk appropriately for the business.
  • Identify & mitigate potential risks to the business/projects.

New Business & Business Development

  • Own creative pitch briefs, attend pitch briefings and guide on scoping, pricing and structure where required.
  • Allocate appropriate team member to work on the pitch and reviews response ensuring appropriate to business objectives and project scope.
  • Presents the project to clients in pitches or supports others in doing so.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
