Project & Product Manager - 3 month contract (possibility to extend) - Remote working - Up to £475/€550 a day

My client, an innovative digital product design agency focused on delivering cutting-edge digital products and services to enhance user experiences, is looking for a Project & Product Manager for a 3-month contract with occasional European travel.

The Product Readiness & Enablement Manager ensures that product and technical changes are successfully translated into operational readiness across the organisation. Working closely with Product, Technology, Process and Change teams, the role provides the bridge between delivering a change and ensuring impacted internal teams are ready to use it, support it, and operationalise it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain visibility of upcoming product and technology releases through the PI planning cycle.
  • Assess the impact of changes on internal teams, users, processes, and ways of working.
  • Identify and coordinate required readiness activity, including training, communications, demos, FAQs, and guidance.
  • Work with Product and Technology teams to ensure internal stakeholders are prepared ahead of release.
  • Identify process impacts and ensure the appropriate Process or Operational Excellence owners are engaged.
  • Gather feedback from internal users through testing, pilots, and post-release activity.
  • Feed insights and operational issues back into Product and Technology teams to support future iterations and prioritisation.
  • Identify and proactively manage readiness risks, dependencies, and gaps.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Support, Commercial, Process, Learning, and Change teams.
  • Ensure readiness becomes part of the normal product delivery and PI planning rhythm rather than a last-minute exercise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
