Venture Building — Hetmos Group
We are looking for entrepreneurs with their own projects, as well as executive profiles, to create, fund, and lead innovative companies alongside our group.
The principle is simple: you bring the project, industry expertise, and execution capability. We bring the seed capital, sales force, fundraising capability, and the infrastructure of a group already established in more than 14 countries.

This list is not exhaustive. We are open to any innovative project, with a particular preference for those that complement our existing activities and can leverage our current clients as early users.

- Seed capital from our own funds, through co-investment or up to 100% financing.
- A sales force deployed across Europe and a network of more than 75 representatives.
- The capability to run funding rounds and direct access to our base of institutional and private investors.
- A technical team and a supporting sales team.

What you bring
- Product vision and deep knowledge of your market.
- The ability to personally sell to the first customers.
- A full-time commitment to the project.
Nature of the position
This is a founding partner position, not a salaried role. Compensation is based on an equity stake in the company created.
Profile
Entrepreneur, former executive, senior professional, or investor ready to be actively involved in execution. Prior experience in founding or leading a company will be a strong advantage.
