Job Summary
PPI Quality & Engineering is seeking a Project QA/QC Manager to support a major energy project with a leading international EPC contractor. The successful candidate will lead the project quality function and ensure full compliance with client, contractual, and international quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
About The Role
- Location: South East England (initially), transitioning to Saudi Arabia
- Duration: Approx. 2 Years
- Travel: Required
- Relocation: Required
Role Purpose
Provide leadership and governance for the Project Quality Management System (QMS), drive continual improvement, oversee audits, and ensure quality objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and continual improvement of the Project Quality Management System.
- Chair management review meetings and report quality performance.
- Develop quality strategies, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
- Support recruitment, mentoring, and development of quality personnel.
- Review and approve Project Quality Plans and procedures.
- Lead internal, supplier, and certification audits.
- Ensure engineering deliverables comply with quality requirements before issue.
- Manage NCRs, root cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Support project start-up, execution, and lessons learned.

Do you have what it takes?
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering Degree.
- Extensive EPC QA/QC management experience.
- Lead Auditor ISO 9001 qualification.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
