Job Description Summary

At GE Vernova, we aren’t just building infrastructure; we are electrifying the world and leading the transition to a sustainable, carbon-neutral future. We are looking for an influential, solution-oriented Quality Leader to join our team and help us shape the next generation of renewable energy transmission.

If you are a quality professional who thrives on challenge, continuous improvement, and the satisfaction of seeing complex projects reach the finish line, we want to hear from you.

Job Description

The Impact You’ll Make

As our Project Quality Manager, you won’t just be ticking boxes; you will be the heartbeat of project excellence. You’ll champion our ‘Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost’ priorities and help us foster a culture of ‘Step up, Step in, and Step together.’

While this is an individual contributor role, you will be a key influencer, guiding project delivery teams and serving as the primary quality interface with our clients and project managers. Your work ensures that our solutions are safe, reliable, and built to last.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving Excellence: You will lead the development and delivery of Project Quality Plans (PQP) across the full lifecycle.
  • Problem-Solving: When deviations occur, you will be the lead investigator, utilizing tools like 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure long-term resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will animate the project’s improvement journey, capturing lessons learned and managing customer feedback to refine our processes.
  • Leading Audits: You will conduct internal audits and manage project gate reviews, ensuring we never compromise on our high standards.
  • Building Partnerships: You will act as a bridge between internal teams, suppliers, and our customers, ensuring seamless coordination and transparency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
