Project Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure | Suffolk

Location: Suffolk
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + excellent benefits

I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction consultancy that is continuing to grow its infrastructure team and is looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on significant infrastructure schemes while developing your career within a consultancy that values collaboration, invests in its people and offers genuine opportunities for progression.

The Role

  • Provide commercial support across the full project lifecycle.
  • Prepare cost reports, valuations, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Administer and manage NEC contracts.
  • Assist with procurement, subcontract management, and change control.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Support the successful commercial delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UK construction industry.
  • Infrastructure project experience is essential.
  • Good working knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach and a genuine desire to develop your career.
