Are you a Project Quantity Surveyor, who is looking for a role with a Construction Consultancy/Private Practice?
Do you the Project Quantity Surveyor bring a minimum of 3 years experience, working across any of these sectors: Hotels, Office fit out, Residential or Leisure?
Are you keen to commit to your APC or be ready to sit your MRICS within 12 months?
There is a requirement to be in the Farringdon office 3 days a week. With 2 days at home.
The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role
The new Project Quantity Surveyor will immediately work on a secured hotel fit out in Holborn, worth £12M and then support on CAT B fit out projects worth £4m & £3.4m respectively.

You will work with JCT/D&B contracts, working with high end clients from a myriad of industries. The Project Quantity Surveyor will has a strong understanding from inception to completion.
A full spectrum of pre & post contract duties will be expected to be taken on.
There is endless support and encouragement for all Quantity Surveyors to progress.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
- Must be a PQS / Consultancy background
- Understanding of JCT contracts (range from £2M - £30M)
- Employers Agent knowledge will be a bonus
- Ideally involved in Commercial, Residential or Hotel projects
- Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
- Pre and post contract knowledge
- MRICS is always important, but experience is key too
