South West London
To £70,000 + £5,000 Travel Allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Pension
We are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading residential developers on a high-quality RC frame residential scheme in South West London.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the commercial delivery of a multi-storey residential development, working closely with an experienced commercial and construction team from the early procurement stages through to final account.
The project is entering a key phase, with a strong focus on procuring and managing major subcontract packages including façade, waterproofing, windows, brickwork and scaffolding. As the build progresses, you will also oversee packages including dry lining, M&E, carpentry & joinery and other internal fit-out works.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
