MiCiM is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of a complex data centre construction project in the UK & Europe.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working on high-value, technically challenging projects and wants to play a key role in protecting project performance, maintaining cost control and supporting strong commercial outcomes.

About this role:

Working closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors and senior commercial colleagues, you’ll support cost planning, procurement, valuations, change control, reporting and final accounts from project start through to completion.

  • Commercial and financial management of project packages
  • Cost reporting, forecasting and cost/value reconciliation
  • Procurement, tender support and subcontractor appointments
  • Valuations, payment applications, variations and change control
  • Final accounts, commercial records and contract administration

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor within construction
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with costs, contracts and deadlines
  • Knowledge of procurement, valuations, change control and final accounts
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Experience in data centres, mission-critical, MEP, fit-out or technically complex projects would be a real advantage
