🏗️ Project Quantity Surveyors – Major London Residential Developments
📍 Multiple London Locations
🏢 Leading Residential Developers
💰 Up to £75,000 Basic + Comprehensive Package
🔍 The Opportunities
I’m currently recruiting for a number of Project Quantity Surveyor positions with some of London’s leading residential developers, offering the opportunity to work on major new-build developments across the capital.
The projects range from circa £50m to £400m+ and include landmark high-rise, multi-phase RC frame schemes across Private Residential, Build-to-Rent (BTR), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Mixed-Use Regeneration, with current opportunities spread across all areas of London from premium residential developments through to major regeneration schemes delivering hundreds of new homes across multiple towers.
My clients include established market-leading developers as well as ambitious, rapidly growing businesses. Across the board, they offer strong financial backing, substantial live project pipelines, further developments progressing through planning and continued investment in new land opportunities.
For an ambitious Project QS, these are roles where you can genuinely build your career rather than simply move from one project to another.
💠 The Role
These positions offer considerably more than traditional package management.
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be trusted with commercial ownership of significant packages and workstreams, managing them from early procurement strategy and tendering through delivery, account management and final account.
You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy while working closely with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers and Commercial Directors.
You’ll be expected to understand the commercial position of your packages in detail, challenge costs and performance, identify risks before they become issues and actively contribute to the wider commercial strategy of the project.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

🚀 Genuine Progression to Senior QS
