🌟 We’re Hiring: Project Recruitment Consultant

FTC until March 2027, full time
Do you want the chance to reach your full potential, grow your skills, and build a career in recruitment? We're looking for a Project Recruitment Consultant to join our team and source healthcare professionals for a national contract until March 2027, with the potential to join the business full-time afterwards.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Source and screen healthcare professionals for positions in a mobile clinic, building relationships and ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Understand role requirements from our clients and assess candidates suitability.
- Interview, schedule and provide excellent service towards the candidates.
- Build the candidate pipeline for future recruitment needs

Experience We’re Looking For
- Recruitment or sales background with demonstrable experience working to targets.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Proven experience in building stakeholder relationships.
