We are currently looking for a Project Recruitment Manager who will be based at our Lower Thams Crossing Project.

As The Project Recruitment Manager, You Will

  • Lead fair, compliant recruitment across assigned project areas.
  • Guide and upskill Hiring Managers through recruitment governance, approvals, and best-practice hiring.
  • Act as the main recruitment contact for the project, with the majority of your time spent at site or Skanska Head office.
  • Deliver effective hiring plans using workforce forecasts and project resource plans.
  • Support inclusive hiring and a strong candidate experience by working closely with HR, operations, partners, and the recruitment team.

We Are Looking For

  • Experience of workforce planning & talent strategy with the ability to translate project resource needs into hiring plans, set priorities and ensure the right roles are hired at the right time.
  • Proven end-to-end selection & hiring outcomes that align fair assessment processes, interviews and secure quality hires.
  • Strong stakeholder partnership & candidate experience demonstrating partnership with hiring managers and HR, ensuring timely, consistent communication and a positive candidate journey.
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement & compliance alongside tracking key hiring metrics. Using data to inform your project and improve processes and ensure legal/data compliance.
