What is the role?
An opportunity has arisen in our Leicester office within our busy residential team. The role can be filled by someone who is a project running Architect or Architectural Technologist/Technician with experience of running projects.
What does the role entail?
The role would be ideally suited to a person who enjoys working as a part of a team in their role and has good experience of the core skills required to fulfil the following:
- Job running and leading on several projects at varying stages of development and construction.
- A good technical knowledge of building regulations to answer queries from site and produce details.
- Understand the production information requirements for residential developers.
- Visiting site for Design Team Meetings, snagging, client/contractor meetings.
- Work will be in the large scale residential, care and heritage sectors.
Who are we looking for to fill the role?
To be successful in filling the role you will ideally have:
- Led on projects in the residential sector.
- A track record of being accountable and meeting deadlines.
- Worked as a part of a team.
- An assertive nature and willingness to help others.
- Experience of the fast-paced approach to construction in this sector.
- A good understanding of construction and technical detailing in order to produce clear and well-structured drawings.
- Used Revit and have a good competent understanding of the package and have delivered buildings from it previously.
