🚀 Project Sales & Delivery Manager | London | Permanent

Are you an experienced Sales & Project Manager with a background in construction or customer-focused project delivery?

We’re working with a well-established and rapidly growing UK home services and property solutions business that is looking for a commercially minded Project Sales & Delivery Manager to join its London team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining sales, project management, customer relationships and commercial delivery. You’ll play a key role in growing the project sales function while ensuring complex customer projects are delivered successfully from initial opportunity through to completion.

đź”§ The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of sales opportunities and converting leads into revenue
  • Leading, supporting and developing a team of Project Sales Managers
  • Managing complex customer projects from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Developing project plans, managing milestones, budgets, risks and timelines
  • Coordinating customers, suppliers, franchisees and internal teams
  • Identifying opportunities for additional sales and business growth
  • Monitoring sales pipelines, conversion rates and commercial performance
  • Managing customer expectations and resolving project issues
  • Providing accurate forecasting, reporting and project updates
  • Driving continuous improvement and sharing best practice across the team

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Experience in sales, project management or customer delivery
  • A background in construction or construction-related industries
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using project management processes and CRM systems
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team would be advantageous, as would a PRINCE2 or similar project management qualification.
