Project Scheduler (Contract)

Location: Dartford (On-site)
Duration: 3 Months
Start: ASAP

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Scheduler / Coordinator to support our customer on a large device refresh project, involving the coordination of laptop collections and associated project activities. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent customer service skills, strong Excel capability, and the ability to manage schedules, communications, and data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule laptop collections with end users.
  • Act as the main point of contact for users via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, and records.
  • Ensure collection activities are planned and completed within agreed timescales.
  • Update and manage records using Excel and ServiceNow.
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Produce regular status updates and progress reports.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Scheduler, Coordinator, or Project Support role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including managing trackers and large data sets.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Experience of ServiceNow is desirable but not essential.
