Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Scheduler / Coordinator to support our customer on a large device refresh project, involving the coordination of laptop collections and associated project activities. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent customer service skills, strong Excel capability, and the ability to manage schedules, communications, and data accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule laptop collections with end users.
- Act as the main point of contact for users via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, and records.
- Ensure collection activities are planned and completed within agreed timescales.
- Update and manage records using Excel and ServiceNow.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Produce regular status updates and progress reports.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Scheduler, Coordinator, or Project Support role.
- Strong Excel skills, including managing trackers and large data sets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Experience of ServiceNow is desirable but not essential.
