Project Secretary

Purpose of the Position

As Project Secretary, you will be part of the Energy Carriers business Line within the Project Management department. You will provide secretarial and organizational support to the Liverpool Bay project. You will guarantee general secretarial duties and ensure an efficient service to the Project / Client Team. You will join our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage).

How Can You Support Us?

Here below are your responsibilities:

• Receive and screen telephone calls and/or visitors
• Draft incoming and outgoing correspondence, compose and type letters and actions e-mails
• Organize archives and file correspondence and documentation (paper and electronic), using integrated systems and applications if required
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations using appropriate software
• Occasionally attend to meetings, take notes and write reports
• Arrange international travel, handling also complex itineraries and process expenses
• Check Passport and Visa requirements and arrange necessary paperwork
• Prepare the order for all the materials necessary to office activities (stationery, etc.)
