Project Site Coordinator – 12-month Contract

Talentmark is recruiting for a Project Site Coordinator to join a leading organisation on a contract basis.

This role is inside IR35, with payments subject to PAYE deductions. The engagement requires a high degree of client direction and control, with the contractor expected to work in accordance with detailed client instructions and report to a designated supervisor.

Project Site Coordinator Role:

  • Coordinate and deliver assigned project-related activities in line with client requirements and instructions.
  • Work closely with the client team and report to an appointed supervisor.
  • Follow established processes, procedures, and training provided by the client.
  • Support the ongoing allocation and delivery of work throughout the engagement.
  • Work as an integrated member of the client's organisation and wider project team.

Your Background:

  • Experience working in a project coordination or similar role.
  • Comfortable working under detailed direction and within established client processes.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of an integrated project and client team.
  • Willing and able to undertake a role where services are provided personally, with no right of substitution.
  • Able to work with a high degree of client supervision, direction, and control.
