Project Supervisor

An experienced Project Supervisor is required to oversee works within a live, critical data centre environment in Slough. You'll supervise a data centre migration programme alongside CCTV replacement works, coordinating contractors and engineers while maintaining safe, compliant delivery.

The Role

As The Project Supervisor, You'll

  • Supervise daily project activities within a live data centre environment.
  • Oversee data centre migration activities in line with approved procedures.
  • Supervise CCTV replacement, installation and commissioning works.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, engineers and specialist contractors on site.
  • Manage access, permits, RAMS, isolations and planned works with stakeholders.
  • Monitor programme progress and escalate delays, risks or technical issues.
  • Complete site inspections to monitor safety, quality and compliance.
  • Liaise with data centre operations teams to minimise disruption to critical infrastructure.
  • Support testing, commissioning, documentation and project handover activities.

About You

To Be Successful As The Project Supervisor, You'll Have

  • Project or site supervision experience within data centres or critical environments.
  • Experience with migration, infrastructure replacement or technology upgrade projects.
  • Experience supervising CCTV installation, replacement or security system works.
  • Strong understanding of working within live operational data centre environments.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, engineers and specialist contractors.
  • Good knowledge of RAMS, permits to work and site health and safety.
  • Ability to interpret project drawings, programmes and technical documentation.
  • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
