The Project Supervisor is a full-time, multi-site role based in the South East, responsible for overseeing screeding projects from planning through completion. This position coordinates site activities, supervises screed installation teams, and ensures work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to required technical standards.

The Project Supervisor liaises with contractors, site managers, and internal stakeholders to confirm specifications, manage daily progress, and resolve issues promptly. The role includes monitoring quality control, recording project data, supporting real-time QA and traceability processes, and reporting on milestones and risks.

The Project Supervisor is expected to maintain clear communication, uphold health and safety procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and site practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction or flooring projects, ideally in screeding or related trades, with proven ability to supervise site teams and manage daily operations.
  • Strong project coordination and planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress against programme deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of site health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe working practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with contractors, clients, and internal teams, including clear reporting and issue escalation.
  • Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset, with experience in QA processes, site inspections, and documenting technical and compliance information.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and to ensure work aligns with standards and client requirements.
  • Competence with basic digital tools and software for recording site data, completing reports, and supporting digital traceability workflows.
  • Valid clean UK driving license and flexibility to travel to multiple sites within the South and East regions as required.
  • Previous supervisory experience and relevant vocational
