We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Administrator to join our growing team. Working within our Project Delivery Group (PDG), you will play a key role in supporting the Project Management team with the coordination and administration of field-based projects, ensuring excellent service delivery to our customers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and supporting both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing site documentation, including Risk Assessments, Access Arrangements, and Permits to Work.
  • Creating and managing Purchase Orders.
  • Preparing project completion reports and customer documentation.
  • Assisting with the production of monthly customer management reports.
  • Tracking project progress and supporting project administration activities.
  • Coordinating equipment and stock requirements for Field Engineers.
  • Liaising with customers and field teams to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Project Management team.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
  • Confident interacting with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Good Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Team player with a flexible and customer-focused approach.

Additional Information

The role will involve arranging and handling equipment and stock for Field Engineers. Some items may be heavy, so candidates should be comfortable moving boxes and equipment when required.
