Role Description
The Project Support Coordinator is a part-time hybrid role based in Greater London, with some flexibility to work from home. In this position, the coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across education, conferences, technology, and consultancy streams. - Maintaining project documentation
- Tracking timelines and deliverables
- Organizing meetings and events
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication
- Providing administrative assistance
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Updating project databases
- Assisting with data collection and analysis to support decision-making
- Identifying risks and issues, escalating them appropriately
- Contributing to continuous improvement of project processes

Qualifications
- Strong Project Support and Project Coordination skills, including experience with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track project performance, and support informed decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, draft clear correspondence, and contribute to collaborative teamwork.
- Reliable Administrative Assistance skills, including document management, scheduling, and accurate record keeping.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, education, events, or professional services is beneficial.
- Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, collaborative platforms) is preferred.
- A qualification in project management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a hybrid work environment.
