Projects Coordinator
The Projects Coordinator supports the smooth delivery of Nationwide store projects, including new openings, refurbishments, and relocations. The role involves coordinating people, suppliers, materials, and installation work to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shop-fitting projects from planning through to completion.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, suppliers, designers, and store teams.
- Order and track fixtures, equipment, signage, and other materials.
- Manage deliveries and installation schedules.
- Visit stores and sites to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress updates.
- Coordinate remedial and maintenance work following installations.
- Ensure health, safety, and company standards are maintained.

Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer and administrative skills.
- Retail or customer-service experience is desirable.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high standards.
